There are 12 polyester filament production lines in total, with a daily production capacity of 300 tons and an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Polyester can also be used for electrical insulating materials, acid-resistant filter cloth, medical industrial cloth, etc. Synthetic fibers have been widely used in various fields of the national economy due to their high strength, wear resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight, warmth retention, good electrical insulation and no fear of mildew.

 

Resource regeneration 20,000 tons of three-dimensional hollow chemical fiber production process

There are two 3D hollow recycled PET staple fiber production lines in this workshop with an annual output of 20,000 tons. The production process is as shown in the figure above: the PET bottle flakes after sorting, crushing and cleaning are drum-dried, melted at a high temperature in a screw machine, and then subjected to double-stage filtration, spinning into bundles, and winding and reciprocating.
The raw yarn is made; the obtained raw yarn is made into regenerated PET three-dimensional hollow staple fiber through bundle, guide wire, three-stage drafting, crimping, cutting, drying and shaping, and packaging. The product has the characteristics of whiteness, brightness, good strength and elasticity, and is widely used in making toys, sofas, pillows, etc.

As a garment fabric, it has good washing resistance, can be refurbished, dry cleaning and various finishing, and is widely used in clothing.
